Batang Mataliknows: Pagtuklas at Paglinang sa Yugto ng Pagbabago

Batang Mataliknows: Pagtuklas at Paglinang sa Yugto ng Pagbabago is a one-day event happened on December 1, 2024, at Kaunlaran High School. This project aimed to equip adolescents with the knowledge and support they need to navigate the changes of puberty and early adulthood. Through interactive activities and expert talks, participants will explore key aspects of adolescent development across three phases: mental health and hormonal changes, physical development and reproduction, and the overall transition into adulthood.

By fostering a safe and engaging environment, this initiative advocates for youth empowerment and well-being. It reflects the University's mission to support holistic growth and invites fellow UVU Thomasians to take part in this meaningful cause.
