SHOUTOUT: A Deaf Awareness Campaign

An opportunity for the Thomasian community to raise awareness about how we, as individuals, could promote and protect the basic rights of the children in the Philippines, specifically, the Right to be Heard. It serves as a start to provide the children with limitations, a set of learning activities that will help them receive the education fit for them and build confidence among themselves.
